Il s'agit de la zone que le conducteur ne peut pas voir facilement depuis sa position de conduite, m\u00eame avec l'aide des r\u00e9troviseurs de son v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n<p>Le terme \"<strong>Angles Morts<\/strong>\"est devenu plus connu au Royaume-Uni <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Large_goods_vehicle\">POIDS LOURDS<\/a> apr\u00e8s l'adoption par le gouvernement fran\u00e7ais d'un d\u00e9cret stipulant que les v\u00e9hicules de transport routier de marchandises ne sont pas autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 circuler. <strong>plus de 3,5 tonnes<\/strong>\u00a0 (y compris les charges anormales \/ Convoi Exceptionnel)<strong>)<\/strong> <strong>voyager \u00e0 travers la France<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 oblig\u00e9s d'apposer sur leurs v\u00e9hicules une signalisation sp\u00e9ciale \"Angles Morts\" afin d'avertir les autres usagers de la route des dangers encourus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu'est-ce que le d\u00e9cret fran\u00e7ais 2020-1396 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les Fran\u00e7ais <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/loda\/id\/LEGIARTI000042534724\/2021-01-01\/#LEGIARTI000042534724\"><strong>D\u00e9cret 2020-1396<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong>du 17 novembre 2020, concerne la signalisation obligatoire des angles morts sur les v\u00e9hicules dont le poids total autoris\u00e9 en charge est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 3,5 tonnes.  Le d\u00e9cret a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 et est entr\u00e9 en vigueur le 1<sup>st<\/sup> janvier 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9cret stipule qu'une signalisation indiquant la position des angles morts doit \u00eatre appos\u00e9e sur le v\u00e9hicule, en assurant \"...la plus grande visibilit\u00e9 possible, notamment pour <strong>cyclistes<\/strong>, <strong>pi\u00e9tons<\/strong> et les utilisateurs de <strong>les dispositifs de mobilit\u00e9 personnelle\"<\/strong>.
